Things to know:

• Specials and packages must be requested when making your reservation and are subject to availability.
• One special rate or package per stay.
• All reservations must be secured by a credit card.
• Any cancellation within 5 days is not refundable and will be charged in full.
• We welcome children aged 12 and older.
• No pets in the house, please.
• Please, no smoking in the B&B! Smoking inside incurs a $50 cleaning fee.
• Check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out is 11am.
• Two-night minimum stay on holidays.
• Two-night minimum stay for Fridays and Saturdays in August 2011.
• Gift certificates are available.
